Where is this product shipping from?

It’s shipped from US. Free shipping about 5-7 days. Or plus freight choose 2-4 days fast delivery.

How Do I Cancel Or Modify My Order?

We want to get your order out as soon as possible, so in order to do this it starts processing right away. If something is incorrect on your order or you need to cancel it, please contact us at moallia-direct@outlook.com within 30 minutes of placing the order and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations can be made after this time frame.

How Do I Return An Order?

We offer free returns for all our products for orders over $14.99 (no free returns on parts orders) ordered from Moallia.com for a period of 30 days from the time of purchase as long as the product is in new condition with all packaging materials included excluding customers in Hawaii and Alaska. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning replacement parts.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most in–stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing the next business day.

Numbers beginning with “1Z” can be used at UPS (www.ups.com). Numbers beginning with “9” can be used at USPS (www.usps.com ). Numbers beginning with “0” can be used at FedEx (www.fedex.com ). Please allow 24 hours before tracking information becomes active.
